PDI offers CSU faculty members, state classified personnel, administrative professionals, and graduate students an opportunity to explore a wide range of topics designed to enhance their professional growth and personal enrichment.
It's purpose is to provide an opportunity to share ideas, explore issues, and gain insights into learning, teaching, and service, as well as other professional and personal activities.
Sometimes the daily tasks at hand mount in such a way that long-term goals seem hard to imagine. It's easy to forget that achieving smaller goals along the way are critically important steps on the road to success and happiness.
Viewing our larger goals from a different perspective—reimagining them one step at a time— through the completion of smaller ones, we might just find the unimaginable or impossible not so daunting and certainly within reach.

Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be completed by late November.
Registration for the 36th Annual Professional Development Institute is now open. The Institute will be held on January 12th, 13th, and 14th, 2015.
