Overview

This short course will focus on spatial learning using 4 digital tools (StoryMap.JS, Gephi, Palladio, and Clio). Anyone interested in social, intellectual networks, spatialized storytelling, visual annotation, mapping, public history, and digital methods would benefit from the course.

Instructor Bio:  Dr. Robert Jordan is a faculty member in the History Department. Dr. Jordan won the Preston Davis Award for Instructional Innovation in 2015. This award recognizes Dr. Jordan’s work to integrate digital history methodologies into his classes. He uses a variety of technology, including twitter, StoryMap, and Tiki-Toki.
