Alex

Hi! My name is Alex Hey and I’m a junior double majoring in zoology and conservation biology with a concentration in wildlife. I’ve tutored at TILT since I was a freshman with the biology team, and I love it here! I’m from West Chicago, Illinois and if I’m not working or studying I’m usually outside making content for CSU’s social media team!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I’m a third-year student majoring in Health and Exercise Science. I’m from Lakewood, CO and I pretty much love doing anything outdoors. After CSU, I hope to obtain a Doctor of Occupational Therapy in pediatrics. I look forward to working and learning with y’all this semester!

Greetings! I am currently a 4th year working towards a BS in Equine Science and a minor in biochemistry. I've been a student and LA for BC351, so I'm excited to tutor this year as well! Outside of school, I am an equestrian, avid reader, running enthusiast, and professional napper.

Hello, my name is Madi and I am currently a senior majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry. Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, working out, and photography! As TILT has been such a helpful resource to me in the past, I am so excited to be a part of the team!

My name is Elena and I am a junior studying Health and Exercise Science. This is my second semester tutoring BMS 300 and I love helping students learn physiology. Outside of school I like to hike, play sports, and do pretty much anything outside.

My name is Matthew and I am a senior biochemistry major, completing minors in computer science and creative writing. This is my fifth semester tutoring with TILT. I am originally from Longmont, CO and enjoy hiking, running, cycling, and reading.

Hey! My name is Ian Chubb and I am a Biology major with a minor in Biomedical sciences here at CSU! I have been a tutor for a few years not only through TILT but with Chegg and other online tutoring websites. I am excited to be able to help my fellow students with BMS 300 this semester! My name is Amelia and I am the lead biology tutor for TILT. I am a senior microbiology major, and I am going to be applying to medical school next year. I love tutoring biology classes especially genetics and anatomy, I will be doing cadaver dissection this fall and I could not be more excited! I also love to camp, hike, climb and knit.

Hi! My name is Lu and I’m a senior here at CSU studying Zoology and Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. I was born in Venezuela but came here (almost) specifically for the mountain hikes and to be in touch with nature, which I do through photography. A fun fact about me is that I’ve been training in karate since I was 6 years old and still going strong!

Hi! My name is Maile Wood (she/they) and I am a fourth-year student here majoring in Biological Sciences! I hope to one day go into epidemiology and do field research. I am also minoring in Linguistics and Culture. Outside of school, I really enjoy listening to music, photography, hiking, and learning languages!
