How to capitalize and track multiple unit assets (systems) from purchase to disposal. This session will demonstrate the creation of a system asset, tracking a system asset, and disposal of a system asset. Specific system asset adjustments to be covered include trade-in, upgrade, add-to, cannibalization, asset separate, asset merge, and repair/replacement parts.

Description:
This 1.5 hour session aims to assist department personnel in identification and payment to foreign vendors, individuals, and entities; to provide guidance on the appropriate forms to fill out for each of the three categories of foreign vendors; and to outline the process for hiring foreign employees.

Financial document users who initiate purchases and/or payments to foreign vendors/individuals/entities and department personnel who assist in the process of hiring foreign employees
