The process for creating, editing, and publishing the CSU General Catalog is currently a labor intensive manual undertaking that is due for an upgrade to meet the needs of the CSU community. Join us as we welcome the General Catalog into the 21st century. The Registrar's Office is automating the publication process and integrating the catalog with the ARIES Student Information System.
Goals and Target Audience:
Faculty and staff responsible for authoring or editing sections of the General Catalog will get a preview of the new workflow-enabled process of generating the catalog.

Business and Financial Services, Accounts Receivable Operations, manages receivables and ensures compliance for accounts that are billed through the University's central billing system, Banner. However, there are departmental receivables not billed through Banner that are managed by campus departments. This session will guide those campus departments on how to properly manage, record and collect their receivables, provide guidance and resources to ensure compliance with accounting rules, and explain what central billing resources are available.
