CSU’s Office 365 services include OneDrive for Business, Lync, as well as a downloadable copy of Microsoft Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs plus an additional 5 copies for mobile devices. Using OneDrive for Business, you can create, edit, and share documents with others, including people who are not affiliated with CSU. You can use Lync to chat or instant message other users who have a Lync client installed and an active CSU eID. Lync also provides desktop sharing and hosting online meetings. The Office subscription provided by Office 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote, Publisher, and Outlook and is available to most employees and all CSU students with an active eID.
