There has been a lot of legislative activity of late both at the federal and state levels that the University must implement. Examples are the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Colorado Race Trait Hairstyle Anti-discrimination Protection, Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair Act (CROWN Act), and others. What does this mean for supervisors, employees and CSU? Do these new requirements further equity in employment? The Office of Equal Opportunity and Human Resources will share the new requirements brought about by the new regulations, provide insightful guidance, and examine their impact on equity.
Goals and Target Audience:
All supervisors and employees.
