Description:
What better time to get into the world of literature-based research than when most of us are working from home? This PDI will delve into the world of systematic reviews and other high level reviews (scoping, mapping, rapid) that mirror the systematic review process, with some exceptions. We will dive into key differences in systematic reviews across disciplines and hone in on each step of the process so attendees are ready to tackle their own projects. Finally, we will talk about workflows to help teams (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) tackle these types of reviews together.
Goals and Target Audience:
This session will enable graduate students, faculty, and other researchers to conduct high level reviews (systematic, scoping, mapping) across different disciplines. Attendees will become familiar with methodological differences in high level reviews and how to select the best type of review for their research goal. Attendees will learn about different tools to help their research teams accomplish reviews.
