Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Life

This session offers a "sampler" of mindfulness practice tools designed to address our challenging times including stress reduction and relaxation, increased focus and concentration, and overall well-being. Participants will be invited to engage in “hands-on” guided mindfulness practices, ranging from 5-10 minutes. An example of a practice technique is focused breath meditation. A short question and answer period, within your comfort level, will follow each practice to share in the chat box so that we can learn from each other’s experiences. Everyone is welcome and beginners are encouraged to attend.
