Employee Self-Service is a web-based service that provides all current employees with information related to their employment. The ability to directly view your payroll data provides an excellent opportunity for you to ensure that the information is correct and kept up to date. The data provided to you includes pay slips, W-2 information and W-4 withholding elections as well as telephone, address and direct deposit information. Join this session to learn the ins and outs of your Employee Self-Service portal and how to correct and/or update your personal information.
Goals and Target Audience:
Recent changes made to the Employee Self-Service portal has created some unique challenges for employees. Payroll would like to offer step by step guidance for entering direct deposit information and W-4 updates as well as tips on viewing pay slips and W-2 documents.
