  • Use assessment to inform your teaching and support student learning.
  • Engage in collegial conversations on teaching and equity topics of interest (Leverage technology to enhance your assessment practices, TEI, PandT, LAs).
  • Use the Teaching Effectiveness Framework (TEF) to prepare for annual review and Promotion and Tenure.
