Franziska (Frankie) Wilcox received both her B.A. and M.A. in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a concentration in German from Colorado State University. She has taught German courses varying from the 100 to the 300-level at CSU since 2002. Frankie is also the faculty adviser to the CSU Deutschklub, which is very active within the university and also the Northern Colorado community, and the organizer of “Stammtisch” – the weekly conversational group. She organizes the German Film Series each semester as part of the Foreign Language Film Series hosted by the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures, which is free and open to the public. Having been born and raised in Germany, Frankie enjoys staying connected with her family by traveling to Germany and hosting family in Fort Collins. She enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, including: camping, 4-wheeling, biking, and skiing, traveling, and reading a good book from time to time.
