What is a Brain Rule?

In his book Brain Rules Dr. John Medina discusses 12 things we know about how our brains work (also known as Brain Rules). He explores the scientific explanations behind them, how they affect our memory and daily functions, and introduces exercises to help our brains operate more effectively. This tip contains links to two very brief, online explorations of memory by Dr. Medina, and applications for implementing Brain Rules in the classroom.

Each video is a brief description of a Brain Rule and how it affects our Long or Short Term Memory.
