This workshop offers a collaborative forum for faculty navigating the unique challenges of large lecture environments. Participants will reflect on their experiences and explore innovative strategies for fostering meaningful student interactions that enhance learning outcomes. The session aims to collectively build a practical toolkit for those teaching these large enrollment courses, focusing on actionable changes in teaching approaches and student interaction. Ultimately, this discussion-based workshop seeks to cultivate a supportive community among instructors dedicated to enriching the student experience in large AUCC settings.
