Graduate Student Mentor Training: Aligning Expectations & Effective Communication

We are offering FREE training for graduate students. Whether you are currently serving as a mentor, eventually plan to mentor others during graduate school or a future job, or are a mentee who would like to have a more effective and positive relationship with your own mentor, this training is for you.

  • Session 1: Aligning Expectations & Effective Communication — Monday, Oct. 13 – 4-7 PM – Microbiology B120

  • Session 2: Mental Health, Wellbeing, & Mentoring Philosophy — Monday, Oct. 20 – 4-7 PM – GradSpace (General Services Building, Suite 203)

Attend both to receive the most benefit and join our paid study on the impacts of mentor training! Dinner and all materials will be provided during the training.
