Ivan Mendoza Hinojos
Impact MBA Scholar, College of Business and Mendoza Hinojos Consulting LLC
Ivan is a CSU Alumni, Impact MBA scholar, and founder of Mendoza Hinojos Consulting LLC. Ivan completed a 400-hour Impact MBA Sustainability Fellowship with Classrooms for Climate Action, integrating climate education into academic settings and leading sustainability initiatives. His work has shaped climate-focused curricula, guided action programs, and increased environmental literacy at local and regional levels. Ivan is a member of the Alumni Advisory Board Committee for the LAEF (Latin American Educational Foundation) in Denver and is constantly focused on community work and advocacy.

Tim Seitz, CSU Chemical Engineering Alumni and General Manager at Anheuser-Busch has been an advocate and champion for the CSU Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering (CBE) and the CSU Walter Scott College of Engineering for many years, contributing both his resources and expertise to enhance student learning and development. His contributions reflect his dedication to fostering environmentally responsible engineering practices and his commitment to preparing the next generation of engineers to tackle real-world challenges in sustainable manufacturing.

Dr. Tiffany Trzebiatowski
Associate Professor, Management Department
Dr. Tiffany Trzebiatowski is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management where her research focuses on understanding us vs. them categorizations based on demographic and non-demographic categories. She has developed an innovative approach to addressing community challenges in her Strategic Human Resource Management course which blends human resource (HR) analytics and change management. Throughout the course, students engage with community partners and deliver customized, actionable solutions. This dual focus on community impact and student development is a model of sustainable, innovative engagement.
