Use the information below to learn how to print your poster for CURC and other conferences at no cost to you.  If a student is still having trouble printing the poster, they should contact OURA’s director Louise Allen at louise.allen@colostate.edu before April 10th.

College of Agricultural Sciences: 

All students presenting a research or community engaged scholarship poster from the College of Agricultural Sciences should first check with their supervisor/mentor/PI.  These costs should be covered by a student’s supervisor. If the supervisor does not have funds to print posters for CURC, then the student is encouraged to email their final poster as a PDF file (sized at 36’x48’) to cas_student_success_team@colostate.edu by Friday, April 14th.  Students will receive a confirmation email when their poster is available for pick-up in the Nutrien Agricultural Sciences Building. 
 

College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences: 

All students presenting a research or community engaged scholarship poster from the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences should first check with their supervisor/mentor/PI.  These costs should be covered by a student’s supervisor. If the supervisor does not have funds to print posters for CURC, then the student is encouraged to print at the CVMBS Undergraduate Computer Lab.   

Walter Scott College of Engineering: 

All students presenting a research or community engaged scholarship poster from the College of Engineering should first check with their supervisor/mentor/PI.  These costs should be covered by a student’s supervisor. If the supervisor does not have funds to print posters for CURC, then the PI should reach out to their departmental leadership to inquire about resources for this purpose.  If a student is still having trouble printing the poster, they should contact OURA’s director Louise Allen at louise.allen@colostate.edu before April 10th. 

College of Liberal Arts: 

All students presenting a research or community engaged scholarship poster from the College of Liberal Arts should first check with their supervisor/mentor/PI.  These costs should be covered by a student’s supervisor. If the supervisor does not have funds to print posters for CURC, then the PI should reach out to their departmental leadership to inquire about resources for this purpose.  If a student is still having trouble locating funding to print the poster, they should contact Ellie Light at elinor.light@colostate.edu 

College of Natural Sciences: 

Undergraduate students with majors in the College of Natural Sciences presenting a research or community engaged scholarship poster can print their posters at no cost. Please stop by room 126 in the Biology building to schedule a time and day to print your poster. If you wait until the last minute, this option may not be available so please plan to print your poster at least one week prior to the event. 

Warner College of Natural Resources: 

All students presenting a research or community engaged scholarship poster from the Warner College of Natural Resources should first check with their supervisor/mentor/PI.  WCNR students can access the plotter printing for large posters, maps, and other projects in the CAL Lab (MSNR 107A).  You will need your CSU ID and a USB drive with the document (PDF format) you would like to print.  For more information please visit https://warnercnr.colostate.edu/it/computer-labs/computer-lab-printing/.  If a student is still having trouble locating funding to print the poster, they should first contact their supervisor, and then they can contact Dr. Chris Myrick (chris.myrick@colostate.edu). 

College of Business: 

All students presenting a research or community engaged scholarship poster from the College of Business should first check with their supervisor/mentor to see about resources available to print posters for CURC.  If a student is having trouble locating funding to print the poster, they should contact the College of Business Dean’s Office to seek assistance.

College of Health and Human Sciences: 

All students presenting a research or community engaged scholarship poster from the College of Health & Human Sciences should first check with their supervisor/mentor/PI.  These costs should be covered by a student’s supervisor. If the supervisor does not have funds to print posters for CURC, then the PI should reach out to their departmental leadership to inquire about resources for this purpose.  If a student is still having trouble printing the poster, they should contact OURA’s director Louise Allen at louise.allen@colostate.edu before April 10th.
