PEER Institute

The PEER Institute is an NSF-funded initiative developed to support faculty in getting started with education research

May 17-20, 2026 | In-Person

TILT is excited to collaborate with the Professional Development for Emerging Education Researchers (PEER) Institute to support CSU faculty as they become education researchers and expand their research expertise. PEER is an NSF-funded initiative focused on Discipline-based Education Research (DBER) and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), advancing both scholarship and teaching at CSU.

What Is The PEER Institute?

Developed to support faculty in getting started with education research, expert facilitators will guide you through four days of workshops to help shape your education research project. We invite any CSU faculty member looking to delve into education research with their first project, or those who are looking to stretch their skills with new theory and methodology. If you have a project in mind, PEER will help you develop it. From ideation to peer-reviewed publication, PEER helps move your project forward from any point.
