This workshop is most effective when a trainee has had a good amount of research experience with his/her/their mentor. The student is planning to present their research or artistry at the Celebrate Undergraduate Research and Creativity (CURC) showcase, or some other conference. We will break the group into two groups; one that hasn’t written an abstract yet, one group that has a draft of an abstract to share with others. Bring a digital or printed copy of your poster if you have one (8.5×11 is fine).
This is one of the Entering Research Workshops hosted by OURA. Students will earn one credit (out of five) towards their Mentored Research and Artistry Distinction (MRAD) workshop requirement for attending this workshop. Students must scan their CSU IDs at the workshop to receive credit.
This event will be hosted by the OURA Ambassadors.
