How to Use the TEI for Promotion and Annual Review

In this workshop, Dr. Krieg will share an overview of Teaching Effectiveness Initiative (TEI) program as it connects to the promotion process and annual review with concrete examples from her own experiences (with the CCAF promotion process). Starting with an overview of the TEI, we will demystify the TEI reflection process and learn how to use TEI to build evidence of teaching effectiveness. Participants should bring a laptop to able to access the TEI Dashboard and other TEI resources.

Learning Outcomes:
-Become familiar with TEI and how to use TEI
-Learn how to incorporate TEI reflections and evidence collection into the promotion application and annual review materials
