Learning Data Analyst & Instructional Designer Assessment

Barb Maynard works with TILT’s assessment team to use data to inform TILT programs, and  co-coordinates a project to make accurate closed captions available on course videos. Before joining TILT, Barb earned degrees in Animal Behavior and Zoology and worked in science writing and watershed protection.

Rebekah LeMahieu joined TILT as the Associate Director of Assessment in 2020. She received her PhD in Developmental and Psychological Sciences from the Graduate School of Education at Stanford University where she studied parent-child interactions and early childhood math education. At CSU, she assesses TILT’s programming and services towards increasing student equity and success. She also assists with university-wide academic program and general education assessments. Prior to joining CSU, Rebekah worked at a non-profit research and evaluation organization, partnering with schools, non-profits, and educational agencies to conduct applied research and evaluation studies. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and baking.

Stan joined Colorado State September 2014 and is currently serving TILT as the Senior Learning Data Analyst. In addition to working with learning analytics and the Unizin data platform, he serves on the Classroom Review Board and has worked on a variety of projects including Ximera, open educational resources, Pressbooks, eTexts, and Gradescope. Prior to CSU, he was at Purdue University working with faculty to leverage active learning strategies to redesign courses through the Purdue IMPACT program.

Stan has graduate degrees in Educational Technology, Mathematics Education, and a Masters in Computer Information Systems from the College of Business at CSU. He has worked in Higher Education for over 25 years in instructional design, information technology, learning management systems, data management and analysis, and project management while also teaching a variety of courses in Mathematics, Statistics, and Education.
