Please follow the links below for virtual and, when available, in-person hours. The academic support resources listed below are available free of charge to all CSU students, whether you’re attending online or face-to-face.
ACCOUNTING TUTORING LAB
Type of Tutoring: In-person, Drop-in
When: Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 4 pm; Friday, 9 am – 1 pm

Other Info: The Accounting Tutoring Lab is staffed by accounting students who are the best students from the accounting program, and are trained and have resources to help students with tutoring needs ACT 205 through ACT 350.

ADULT LEARNER and VETERAN SERVICES (ALVS) TUTORING
One-on-one tutoring is available for adult learners and veterans through ALVS for foundational math and science classes. Email Lisa Chandler to get connected to a tutor or fill out a tutoring request form at https://alvs.colostate.edu/online-forms/alvs-tutoring-request-form/.

CALCULUS CENTER
Type of Tutoring: In-person, Drop-in
When: Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 4 pm; Friday, 9 am – 2 pm

Where: Great Hall in the TILT Building (2nd floor); MATH 340 tutoring is in Weber 17 (basement of the Weber Building)

Other Info: We provide free drop-in tutoring and content workshops for students enrolled in calculus courses at CSU (Math 141, 155, 160, 161, 261 and 340). We are staffed by instructors, graduate students, and undergraduate tutors.
We also offer small cohort-based mentor groups for select courses that are facilitated by a peer mentor. In these groups, students meet weekly with the same 5-10 students.
CHEMISTRY LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER (CLERC)
Type of Tutoring: In-person, Drop-in
When: Monday – Friday

Other Info: More than 140 hours of in-person chemistry support is available for all large chemistry courses (general and organic) and some upper-division courses. The full schedule is available through an open-enrollment Canvas shell.
ENGINEERING ACADEMIC TUTORING

EAGLE FEATHER TUTORING

Other Info: The Native American Cultural Center provides tutoring in key subject areas. It is a free service to all Colorado State University students. Updated schedule for Fall 2022 coming soon!

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TUTORING (MESA)
Type of Tutoring: In-person and virtual, Drop-in

Other Info: The Mechanical Engineering Student Ambassadors (MESA) host office hours Monday through Friday throughout the semester to provide free individual and small group tutoring for all courses in the MECH curriculum. They can also assist with other question related to being a successful MECH student!
PRECALCULUS CENTER
Type of Tutoring: In-person and virtual, Drop-in
When: Monday – Thursday, 10 am – 9 pm; Friday, 10 am – 4 pm

Courses Supported: MATH 117, 118, 124, 125, 126
Other Info: The Precalculus Center offers online and face-to-face help for students taking Precalculus courses (MATH 117 through MATH 126), going through the Math Placement process, or using one of the placement Tutorials. The Center also provides a proctored testing center for Math Placement or Tutorial exams and exams in Precalculus Courses.
STATISTICS SUCCESS CENTER
When: Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 8 pm; Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Other Info: The Statistics Success Center is a resource for CSU students enrolled in introductory level STAT courses, regardless of their major. The SSC is staffed with Statistics instructors, graduate students, and undergraduate majors. We are dedicated to improving student success in the introductory statistics classes STAT 201, 204, 301 and 307. We do not offer tutoring for any other classes. Check out the website to see when tutoring is offered for your course.

- In person: Eddy 23 on Monday through Thursday, 10 am – 4 pm, and on Friday, 10 am – 1 pm
- In person: Morgan Library on Sunday through Thursday, 6 pm – 8 pm (inquire for room location at the front desk)
- Virtual: During our regular in-person hours, above, as well as on Saturday, 12 – 5 pm
Other Info: The CSU Writing Center provides face-to-face and online consultation for writers seeking help with a wide range of genres, from essays and research papers to articles and theses to websites and blogs. The CSU Writing Center facilitates conversations about the importance and process of writing in different contexts and media.
