Collecting and Reflecting on Evidence of Teaching Effectiveness for Annual Review

Are you preparing to write your teaching effectiveness section for annual review? TILT can help! Bring your teaching goal(s) and accomplishments from this year to this workshop, and we will help you align it with the Teaching Effectiveness Framework (TEF) so that you can…1) write about the evidence-based teaching practices you integrated into your teaching this year, 2) reflect on how students responded to these practices, and 3) decide what you will continue to do in the future and what you might alter to support student success. We will share ideas for types of evidence you can use to showcase your teaching successes and how to write about them.
