As instructors in higher education, it is increasingly important to have an individual teaching philosophy when applying for college or university faculty positions or when undergoing promotion reviews. This session aligns with the “Classroom Climate” domain of the TILT Teaching Effectiveness Framework. It is open to all CSU faculty, postdocs, staff, and graduate students and is a required workshop for the Graduate Student Teaching Certificate of Completion.
