What is your lecturing style?
If you are new to lecturing in a higher-ed setting, chances are this is something you have agonized over on more than one occasion. However if you have been lecturing for a while, this might be a topic you have not thought about in some time.
In either case, consider taking a look at this article by Dr. Weir that humorously illustrates ten rules or guidelines to follow when lecturing in class. Most of these may be second nature to you all, but some might just shed some light on a bad habit that needs correcting, or an area of improvement you might be able to work on for the future.
