Dr. Molly Gutilla (DrPH, she/her) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Epidemiology at the Colorado School of Public Health and the Department of Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University. She teaches graduate-level courses in epidemiology, research methods, leadership, and public health data management, and is known for her student-focused approach to teaching. A Dean’s Teaching Fellow and recipient of multiple university and school-level awards, Dr. Gutilla’s work connects academic research with public health practice. Her interests include environmental epidemiology, community health data, and the social and structural factors that influence health outcomes. She is a dedicated mentor and actively collaborates with public health organizations across Colorado.

Julie Taylor-Massey

Dr. Julie Taylor-Massey is part of the teaching faculty and Co-Director of HDFS Online Programs. Since 2010, she has specialized in teaching in the online modality and been recognized with a number of teaching awards and honors, including CHHS Dean’s Faculty Teaching Fellow, the Teaching Effectiveness Fellow Award, and CSU Online Innovative Educator. Her interests include online pedagogy, the adolescence stage of the lifespan, and the influence of technology on well-being. In addition to her work related to the online world, she has collaborated with an education publisher to update and create lifespan development teaching and learning resources.
