Mo Moriera

With twenty years of experience in leadership development, higher education administration, and diversity and equity work, Mo works unyieldingly to assist others and organizations in accessing their potential and coaching toward equity and excellence.

Focusing on power, access, and women of color in the STEM field, Mo has lent her extensive awareness and expertise to CSU programs like MURALS, CURC, McNair Scholars, and University Honors Program. She strives to make research feel more attainable for students.

Having experience with curricular leadership programs, access in education, residence life, and academic success coaching, Mo’s passion for growth, development, and justice provides a framework for active and engaged progress. Mo currently serves as the Program Director of the Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies Minor and Assistant Director of the Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement (SLICE Office) at Colorado State University.
