Martha Rabura is an Assistant Professor and Student Success Librarian at Colorado State University Libraries. She partners with faculty and campus groups to design instruction sessions and programs that improve undergraduate research skills, information literacy, and overall student success. Martha holds an Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bates College. Martha’s background prior to joining CSU spans reference services, academic publishing, and cross-cultural instruction as a former Fulbright Fellow in South Korea. She leverages this interdisciplinary foundation to foster collaborative, student-centered learning across the university ecosystem.
