Troy V. Mumford is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Colorado State University. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Purdue University.  Troy loves teaching and has taught undergraduate graduate, and executive courses in Leadership and Teams, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Performance Management.  While he has received teaching awards and recognitions at several universities, the greatest recognition comes being a part of students’ growth. Troy conducts research on leadership at different organizational levels, in teams, and humble leadership. In addition, his research on data-driven leadership has segued recently into leadership and teaching that is AI-enabled and augmented.
